Well just like every other about me that I write, I tend to start out something like this:Hi, I'm the owner of this site that you've happened to stumble upon. My name is Amanda, but lots of people call me Mandy as well. My birthday is on September 13th. I am Chinese, though I don't speak it.
I have multiple personalities. I can be crazy, odd and yet serious. According to my friends, I am nice & smart. I don't like drama, so please don't give me any.
Some of my many hobbies include tennis, which I have been playing for 6 years, volleyball, drawing, web-design, and playing the violin. I've been playing the violin for 5 years. My favorite season is spring. I really don't like the cold, other then Christmas. ;]
I love music. It's one of those things I can't live without. I don't really have a preference, I just like things that are meaningful or catchy. My favorite song varies all the time. My favorite singer though, would have to be Taylor Swift. I really don't like people who can't be an individual. I can't stand it when someone "tries" to fit in. Just be yourself! I don't like thinking about the future because it scares me. I don't enjoy being inside in the winter. I like to be outside in the fresh air. I strongly dislike waking up with messy hair.
I have been web-desigining full time since the summer of 2008. I have tried before then, but I couldn't get the whole HTML thing set, and I did not want to use a template. The first time I started, I was inspired by my sister, Kimmy. Then, I quit because I never found time or the capacity to figure out about HTML. Then I hung out with my friends Kathy and her sister Kelly. They inspired me to get back into it. That summer of 2008, I learned how to create my own layouts. If you are reading this for the first time, I use to own a site called Tangerinetales. A few months later, I got a subdomain, proudly hosted by the wonderful, Shur. A few months after that, I got my own domain, Paper-Cranes. As months went on, I bought more domains, though, Paper-Cranes is still my main one.
